Introduction Class
In this class, we will introduce you to clay, chalk and mineral based paints and key finishing products. You will also get hands on experience using several paint colors, clear wax, dark wax, top coat, and glaze. You will also learn about different painting techniques including 2 layer painting and distressing. The price includes 2 hours of individualized attention, our classroom paint and resources, and a fun learning experience. Class price: $75
Paint Your Own Piece
This class allows you to bring a small piece of furniture (nightstand, chair, etc.) and paint the piece in any finish you would like. The price includes 3 – 4 hours of individualized attention, our classroom paint and resources, and a fun learning experience. Class price: $85
Memory Plaque Class
This class allows you to create a photo board of one of your favorite photos. We apply a 4×6 or 5×7 picture on printer paper to a wooden board. The board is crafted into a unique work of art using mineral paint so you get hands on experience using this line of products. This class is approximately 1.5 hours. Class price: $25
Consultations
Chalky paint? Mineral paint? Wax? Varnish? It can all be very overwhelming! This class is an opportunity for you to have a one-on-one conversation with one of our instructors. You can bring in part of your project or we can use scrap wood while discussing paint and protection options for your piece. Class price: $35/hour
This class allows you to create a photo board from one of your favorite photos or some fun clip art. We apply a 4×6 or 5×7 photo copy or printout to a wooden plaque. The board is crafted into a unique work of art using American Paint Company’s all natural, No VOC products so you also get some experience using this fabulous line of products. We will have tea, coffee and water but feel free to bring any beverage of your choice and make this a fun time!

Tips for Plaque Class
CHECK BACK WITH US IN 2015 FOR NEW CLASS SCHEDULE
In this class you bring a small piece of furniture (small table, chair, a drawer of larger piece, etc…) and paint the piece. We will do one to two layered colors and wax or satin finish as time allows. The price includes 3-4 hours of individualized attention and guidance, paint, supplies, and a whole lot of fun. We provide coffee or tea for anyone who needs some extra energy. We will use American Paint Company all natural clay, chalk, and mineral based paints; and, their all natural, No VOC waxes and top coat. We can’t wait to see you and show you all the fun ways you can recycle, repurpose and renew your furniture…imagine the possibilities!!
Detailed instructions will be sent prior to class, we will have to approve the item prior to class. We ask that you choose your colors prior to class as well so that we can start on time and get the most out of our time together.

More artistic effects using dark wax, glaze and mica will be explained and demonstrated so you still get a working knowledge about all the great APC products. You don’t need to bring anything but yourself as we will provide everything you will need. We can’t wait to see you and show you all the fun ways you can recycle, repurpose and renew your furniture…imagine the possibilities!!
